Integrated Hydraulic Motor Description
The Jinbei series hydraulic motors are also integrated hydraulic motors, including an axial piston motor, a shuttle valve (for continuously discharging hot working oil from the low-pressure circuit), and a low-pressure relief valve (to establish low-pressure in the circuit). These motors can be either fixed or variable displacement. Standard variable displacement motors feature a displacement indicator.


Overview of Closed Hydraulic Transmission Circuits


Variable Pump/Fixed Displacement Motor Circuit. This closed hydraulic transmission circuit configuration provides constant output torque across the entire speed range while maintaining constant operating pressure. The load's speed and direction are controlled by a bidirectional variable displacement pump. Energy generated by load overspeed is returned to the hydraulic pump's motive force. The maximum speed of the hydraulic motor is limited by the variable displacement pump's maximum displacement. The system achieves full power when the hydraulic pump is at maximum displacement.

Variable Pump/Variable Motor Circuit. This configuration of the closed hydraulic transmission circuit expands the speed range. When the hydraulic motor is at full displacement, it will output maximum torque. Its speed and direction change with the displacement of the bidirectional hydraulic pump. The system power is proportional to the motor speed.
