Daily maintenance of ED series reducer computer: It is the operator's responsibility to carry out daily maintenance and complete the following operations:
1. After the reducer runs for 100 hours for the first time (including intermittent operation), please clean the inside of the reducer and brake (if any) with cleaning fluid, and replace the oil.
2. Check whether there are metal chips in the reducer and brake.
3. It is best to change the oil when the oil temperature has not cooled down, because it is more conducive to draining the oil in the tank at this time.
4. In the future, please change the oil every 2000~2500 hours of operation, or at least once a year.
5. Do not use mixed oil.
6. Check the oil level periodically (once a month). If the oil level drops, please make up the oil level.
NOTE: If the reducer has a multi-disc brake or hydraulic drive motor, it is possible to see a rise in the reducer oil level, which may be caused by a leak in the brake or motor oil seal.
7. Each reducer has a record card, please fill in and record each maintenance information on time.
